After the appointment is made, we then visit your home bringing with us our portfolio, sample doors, worktops and appliance brochures for you to make your choices from.
We discuss at length the ideas you have for your new room, get to know your lifestyle and of course take detailed measurements.
We then draw up your plans and make hand drawn visualisations all free of charge which we present to you at a second meeting.
Occasionally a client wants to see a working Cupboard Shop kitchen, which is not a problem as we have so many previous customers who are only too willing to show off their new rooms.
Once the design is finalised and accepted by you, we agree a start date for the installation.
We will give you a close estimate of our finishing date and will try to ensure that use of your new kitchen sink is available before the completion date for the project.
Our furniture carries a 5-year guarantee (appliances carry own manufacturer’s guarantee).
